CHINENG commercial double‑stacked combi oven consists of two independent cooking cavities, each capable of operating at different temperatures and steam levels simultaneously. You can roast chicken at 280°C in the upper cavity while steaming delicate fish at 110°C in the lower cavity – with zero flavor transfer. Each cavity integrates five cooking functions: grilling, baking, steaming, wok stir‑frying, and air frying. Both units reach a maximum temperature of 280°C for turbo baking, delivering intense, circulating heat for crispy pizza and golden air‑fried snacks. Each cavity also features an adjustable steam system for gentle, moisture‑retaining cooking. The entire assembly is built from 304 stainless steel, inside and out, with welded rounded corners for easy cleaning. Each cavity is fitted with a double‑layer tempered glass door and a large viewing window, allowing full visibility without heat loss. Control is independent per cavity: each uses a color touch screen for recipe selection plus a rotary knob with push‑button for precise adjustments of time, temperature, and steam. The two cavities share a single automatic boiler cleaning system, or each can have its own – maintenance remains one‑touch per unit.
