The cooking chamber reaches 300°C for rapid turbo baking with powerful forced air circulation, producing evenly browned crusts and crispy textures. For steam cooking, the boiler generates saturated steam at adjustable humidity levels, preventing moisture loss in delicate ingredients. The entire unit, including the interior cavity and exterior panels, is fabricated from 304 stainless steel, offering high resistance to rust, impact, and daily wear. A triple‑layer tempered glass door minimizes heat radiation while a large viewing window allows visual monitoring without opening the door. The control system combines a capacitive touch screen for menu navigation and a rotary knob with push‑button functionality for precise adjustments of temperature, steam injection, and timer settings. Up to several hundred recipes can be stored internally, ensuring consistent results regardless of which staff member operates the unit. The automatic boiler cleaning cycle activates at the push of a button, removing limescale and food residues without manual scrubbing or caustic detergents.
